@DONOHO__I think you should get over yourself. What the valet did was more than unacceptable because he was on the job. When you spend money @ any establishment you have earned the right to complete and utter respect unless you are a nasty customer. But even then this kind of thing is not ok. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but when on the job, its your job to keep those stupid opinions to yourself. Under no circumstances is it ok to treat people the way she was treated. If you don't agree well refer to my 1st comment, you just aren't a decent person huh? People dont have the right to say she is fat and so she just has to deal with how people treat her with less respect because of that. Can I treat you with less respect because you are dumb and believe discrimination is ok? Yeah didn't think so. Enjoy living in your rude compassionless little world. Every time I've ever used valet parking, I was given the bottom off the ticket that went with the car. When I asked for my car, I gave them the ticket and told them the make, model, and color of the car. They don't go from car to car looking at the tickets for a description of the driver in order to match the driver to the car. And, the "scribble" on the receipt was inappropriate & rude and a prime example of the state of our societal compassion, morals, concern, integrity, etc. This is an example of the DECAY of our society. Sharyn Peoples has every right to make a fuss about the disrespectful and negligent behavior of an employee of a company she entrusted her business to.

This is utterly ridiculous. Maybe the valet scribbled a description of the driver in order to match the car to her later, and she ended up with the wrong copy of the receipt by mistake? Btw - fat, plus-sized, or 'full-figured" - it's all the same. And she was so mortified and humiliated by a scribble on a receipt that she spread her humiliation all over the internet? I only found one link about her actually acting in a play, but a few dozen about this story. And calling somebody tall, tall, somebody with a beard, bearded, somebody brunette, brunette, and somebody chunky in a red dress, red dress & fat is not an insult, it's a description, and in this case, it probably wasn't meant for her eyes nor the world's. Oops. And btw - what's the value of a demanded apology? I'd suggest Sharyn remembers the ol' 'sticks and stones' rhyme and quits acting so childish - but then, she's an actress....

I'm positive that there are plenty of qualified unemployed individuals in this city who should get that valets position. He has proved his lack of maturity and I think its time to give his position to someone who is actually mature enough and worthy to handle that job. If the company keeps that employee then they are saying what he did was ok. I don't think any company should stay in business if they allow their employees to insult their customers. Thats just bad business. At the very least she deserves a big apology and free parking for quite a while.

You know its funny how people think its ok to disparage anyone overweight. If you think this is ok then that means you are ok with discrimination. Anyone who is ok with discrimination is a bad person. It doesn't matter if its weight, race, gender discrimination or any other kind. If you are ok with what that valet did then you just aren't a decent human being. That womans weight is not your business or that idiotic valets business, who should definitely lose his job. Its not an employees place to make ugly comments about customers. His job is to do his job in a courteous manner and he obviously has no idea how to do so and should face consequences for his disgusting actions.
