Whoa! Where's the trailer part of this 'semi-trailer'? Over the edge maybe? With 35,000 (or so) lbs of cargo to boot? Or is this just the usual silliness WOAI calls reporting/journalism (spasm)?

How can you be southbound northeast 410 at southbound IH35 north? The accdent is certainly spead out!
