SAN MARCOS, Texas -- A 19-year-old San Marcos man died after the car he was driving slammed into a utility pole on Christmas day.

Investigators said Whitlock was driving northbound in the 1800 block of Post Road, when his 2003 Chevy Cavalier left the roadway and struck a utility pole around 10:40 p.m. Tuesday. He was alone in the car.

gofigure, that's a driver's license picture. It's common knowledge that when someone dies, newspapers and tv stations ask the DMV for a driver's license picture. Condolences to the family. Nineteen is a very young age to lose your life.
