SAN ANTONIO - A beer truck that jackknifed Sunday morning on the ramp connecting I-35 to I-10 caused a full day of traffic headaches near Downtown. The accident sent dozens of cases of beer crashing onto the highway ramp.

According to on-scene reports, a male driver somehow lost control of the 18-wheeler he was driving along I-10 near Camaron Street shortly before 10:30 a.m. The truck was carrying cases of Bud Light and Natural Light. Cans of beer were strewn on the pavement.

The ramps and lanes were re-opened around just before 7 o'clock Sunday evening.

There were no injuries and the beer-carrying truck was the only vehicle involved.

when those who influence and teach hold themselves to such a low standard, it lowers everyone else's standards

mediocre media is what most people rely on for daily "goings on". if the media, as influential as it is, is sloppy and low on the educational todem pole, the rest of society will be...and already is

Why is the gender of the driver relevant? I would rather know what brand of beer it was.

Judging by how screwed up she was while reporting from the scene of the wreck at 5:00 pm Ms Salazar must have been assisting with the clean-up while waiting to go on live. She seemed even more flustered than she usually does.
