SAN ANTONIO -- A teenage girl is in custody after she allegedly stabbed and killed her boyfriend.
Emergency crews were called to Dietrich Road on the East Side around 5:00 p.m. Friday. When officers arrived, they found an 18-year-old man with a stab wound to his chest. The man died from his injuries a short time later.
Investigators are still trying to figure out exactly what happened. They said the couple had two children who were there at the time of the stabbing but were not hurt.
