Ingredients1/4 c. olive oil
1 pkg. imitation crab
1 bag quick rice
1 jar spicy red pasta sauce or add red pepper flakes to regular sauce
1/3 c. sliced olives
1/2 c. sliced roasted red peppers
2 tsp. dry oregano
salt and pepper to taste
3 oz. feta cheese
Directions
In a large sauce pan, heat olive oil. Add sauce, crab, olives, red pepper and oregano. Heat until warmed through. In the mean time, cook and drain rice. Serve sauce over rice. Sprinkle with feta.
