Ingredients3 large tomatoes
1 or 2 cucumbers
olive oil
balsamic vinegar
garlic
fresh basil
salt and pepper to taste
mozzarella or feta cheese
Directions
Slice tomatoes and cucumbers into a bowl. Drizzle with oil and vinegar to taste. Add basil, salt and pepper to taste. Cut mozzarella into bite-size pieces and top with salad. If using feta, add to salad as is.
