Sauteed Wild Mushroom Bruschetta

Ingredients
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. mixed wild mushrooms (Porcini, Shitake, Morels, Oyster, Chanterelles)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. each minced fresh marjoram and fresh chives
1-2 tsp. red wine or Balsamic vinegar to taste
salt and pepper to taste
1 loaf French bread, sliced 1-inch slices, drizzled with oil, sprinkled with garlic and lightly gril
Parmesan cheese

Directions
Heat oil in a large heavy skillet over high heat. Rinse mushrooms well and pat dry. Saute mushrooms for 4-5 minutes until water has evaporated. Stir in garlic, herbs and wine; cook 30 seconds to blend flavors. Remove to heated serving dish.

Serve on bread, sprinkled with cheese, or on your grilled steak.
