Ingredients
1 CUP UNCOOKED LENTIL SOUP BEANS
12 OZ. HAM STEAK ... CUT INTO CHUNKS
1 14 1/2 OZ. CAN STEWED TOMATOES
1 ONION ... CHOPPED
2 STALKS CELERY ... CHOPPED
3 CARROTS ... CHOPPED
GARLIC SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

Directions
WASH LENTILS ... REMOVE ANY SHELLS OR STEMS. IN A LARGE KETTLE BRING 4 CUPS OF WATER AND LENTILS TO A BOIL.

REDUCE HEAT TO LOW AND ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS.

GARNISH WITH CELERY LEAVES & PARMESAN CHEESE

SIMMER COVERED FOR 1/2 HOUR OR UNTIL INGREDIENTS ARE TENDER & SOUP IS THICK
