Ingredients6 Tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 large eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 (1 oz) squares semi-sweet chocolate, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 8x4 loaf pan, line bottom with greased waxed paper.
In a large bowl, cream butter and suagr until fluffy. Beat in eggs with a little flour. Fold in remaining ingredients and pour mixture into pan.
Bake for 1-1 1/4 hours or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool on rack. Turn out of pan and remove paper. Eat within a few days.
