Broccoli-cheese Cornbread

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted, divided
2 pkgs. (8 1/2 oz. each) corn bread mix
slices of cheddar cheese

Directions
In a mixing bowl, lightly beat eggs. Add cottage cheese, broccoli, onion, 6 Tbsp. butter, and cornbread mix. Beat well.

Pour remaining butter into a 10-inch oven-proof skillet; pour batter into skillet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until golden.

Slice and serve warm with cheddar cheese.
