Benefits if completely off work

Most state workers' compensation laws provide for important benefits including medical expenses, disability payments, and in some cases, vocation rehabilitation costs. If you are completely off work and under the care of an authorized doctor, you may be entitled to receive income benefits up to a maximum weekly amount.
