The San Antonio River is celebrating this St. Patrick's Day in style. Crews will dye it green along the downtown stretch of the River Walk from one to 3 p.m. Twenty-five gallons will be released behind a barge carrying a bagpiper. The annual tradition dates back to 1968. Other festivities are planned as well including the Bud Light St. Patrick's Festival and a river parade with 12 Irish-themed floats.
