The Office may live on at NBC after all — sort of.

The network has given a pilot order to an untitled project from The Office's Greg Daniels that would star Dunder Mifflin's own Craig Robinson.

In the single-camera comedy, Robinson portrays a talented musician who adjusts to his new life as a middle school music teacher, in which he maneuvers through the precocious kids, teacher politics and the temptations of single moms.

Owen Ellickson will write and executive-produce alongside Daniels, Tracy Katsky, Howard Klein and Mark Schulman. Robinson will also produce.
