Turkey, Broccoli & Egg Breakfast Tacos

Ingredients:

2 ea  Eggs, whipped

3 oz  Turkey sliced, all natural deli style

1 oz  Broccoli Florets

2 tbsp Cheddar Cheese, shredded

1 tbsp  Cilantro

2 ea Flour Tortillas

1 tsp Butter

 

Instructions:

1.       Heat the flour tortillas.

2.       In a non-stick skillet sauté the turkey and broccoli florets in the butter.

3.       Add the whipped eggs and scramble, when close to done add cilantro and cheddar cheese.

4.       Equally divide the egg mixture between the two tortillas and roll up.

5.       Serve with a side of your favorite salsa.
