Tony Chachere’s Shrimp & Tasso Pasta

Start by cooking the Penne Pasta (or any pasta that you may like) just follow the directions given on the package. (reserve for later use)
Qty. Unit Ingredient Notes
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 cup Tasso (diced)
32 each Jumbo Shrimp (peeled & deveined)
2 teaspoons Tony Chachere’s More Spice Seasoning
2 ½ cups Heavy Cream
2 Tablespoons Tony Chachere’s White Gravy Mix
3 each Green Onions (sliced)
3 Tablspoons Parsley (finely chopped)
8 cups Pre Cooked Pasta
to taste Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
METHOD: Drizzle 2 Tablespoons of olive oil into a large skillet on high heat, once pan is hot place in the diced Tasso and saute on high heat for two minutes then add in shrimp and season with Tony’s More Spice Seasoning reduce heat to medium high… Allow the Shrimp to cook (about 5 minutes)
Add in Heavy Cream and lower heat to medium, once cream comes to a boil add the white gravy mix and stir until combined (cream will thicken almost immediately) adjust heat to low and add pre cooked pasta, simmer for 2 minutes. Toss in Green onion, parsley and top with fresh grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately
