THE 145 BURGER
Ground Beef
Mild Cheddar Cheese (Cut in ¼ thick strips, 4” long, 4 to 5 strips per hamburger)
Uncle Chris’ Seasoning
Virgin Olive Oil
Aluminum Foil sheets
Directions:
Lightly brush Olive Oil on Aluminum sheet; get a handful of ground beef; add two hearty shakes of Uncle Chris’ Seasoning to ground beef, mix in hands and shape into a ball, place in center of aluminum foil. Lightly brush second sheet with Olive Oil, place on top of meat ball with olive oil side face down and smash into a thin 7” round patty. Place mild cheddar cheese strips on top of patty. Repeat process for second patty. Carefully flip second patty onto first patty. Remove top piece of foil. Press edges together and shape into one patty. Place bottom foil and burger onto grill, cook until almost done and flip removing foil. Cook until desired preference. Repeat process for each burger.
Optional: Mushrooms, onions, and jalapenos, Saute in olive oil and add to burger with cheese.
