I agree with ABS123, this is a bunch of horse crap!!! Hey OAI, put the pipe down. Let Shelly try the diet, if it works on her, then it will work on anyone!! I want to punch myself in the face for reading and watching this junk,

It is physically impossible even with total starvation and working out at the same time to lose 10 lbs of body fat in 10 days. You have to create a deficit of 3500 calories less than your body uses to lose one lb of fat. An adult male uses about 2,000 calories per day, so it would take a couple of days of total starvation to even theoretically lose one lb of fat....that's 20 days to lose 10lbs. In the best case scenario where you eat 1200 calories a day, you could lose about 2 lbs of fat per week. Anything more is water weight which would go right back on the minute you start eating a normal diet. Please don't perpetuate diet scams WOAI.

After the 10 days though, don't go back to eating tons of fat. Even red meats are bad for your heart if you eat it pretty commonly. Need some moderation, these extreme diets are not going to attract too many people for longterm healthy lifestyles. But the vegetarian diet is very healthy and we could all use more of that definitely, with encouragements to try to keep red meats down along with other fats. Otherwise you can drop dead in your 40s or 50s which is not uncommon.
