just putting the thing on and sitting in it will help sweat off the pounds probably. With obesity levels expected to continually increase, people need to be encouraged to get exercise any way they can. I wish the theme parks were open year round, those places are fun family friendly places to easily get walking (except in rain). The Zoo is open 365 days a year but that gets old, and other parks are full of weirdos moreso than places with some security.
