Secret Recipes: Bohanan's Eggnog

Ingredients:

• 2 egg yolks
• .25 oz. cream
• .50 oz. sugar syrup
• .75 oz. Taylor Fladgate 10-year port
• 1.5 oz. Buffalo Trace Bourbon
• 3 oz. milk

Method: Shake all ingredients; strain over ice in highball glass. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz. Angel’s Envy Bourbon
• .75 oz. cream
• .75 oz simple syrup
• .25 oz. St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
• 1 egg

Method:Dry shake & re-shake with one ice cube until dissolved. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
