¼ cup picked parsley
¼ cup chopped chives
¼ cup fresh basil
¼ cup tarragon
¼ cup chervil
1 shallot
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon capers
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Add all ingredients to small blender of food processor and puree to smooth, season
Garnish plate with diced tomato and chopped parsely
