SAN ANTONIO - Hosting a get-together or a holiday event pretty soon? Here is a great starter for your holiday menu! Philippe Place from Coco Chocolate Lounge & Bistro showed us one of his favorite recipes: Coco Lounge's Goat Cheese Dip. This Goat Cheese Dip is not only yummy, but bonds great flavors to create an irresistible dish in a matter of minutes.

First, you gather fresh cream cheese, goat cheese and herbs then mix them in a mixer of your choice.
Then, you bake this mixture for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

You will also need some dried figs which will be cooked with sugar and balsamic vinegar. Add paprika for an extra yummy taste!
Once your figs are cooked, you can save the juice from the reduction and use it later to drizzle on your goat cheese.

Is your mouth watering already? Try it for yourself!

You can find Coco Lounge & Bistro at 18402 US Hwy 281 at The Legacy Shopping Center. You can reach them at (210)491-4480 or simply visit their website www.sa-coco.com. Don't forget to check out their new kiosk near The Falls at the Shops at La Cantera!
