This Saturday, September 29th, Noche de Carnival is hosting the 19th annual Noche de Carnival event at the Alfazar Shrine Auditorium. Maria Ramirez and Debbie Gonzalez are here telling us all about this event hosted by Lo Bello de S.A. Lo Bella de S.A. is an organization focusing on increasing education throughout our community. They host two events during the year, Noche de Carnival and Champagne & Diamonds during fiesta. The money raised through these events goes towards scholarships, and this year they have given almost $1,000,000 away in scholarships.
Our very own Shelly Miles will be the MC for this event, so you know the event will be fun and enjoyable. Of course, there will also be food and entertainment. Dancers will be performing throughout the day, including salsa dancers from Semeneya Studio located here in San Antonio.
