3 boxes of chicken flavored rice (like MJB or Farmhouse or Rice a Roni)
12 oz. jar of stuffed olives (pimento)
2 bunches of green onions
3 jars (6 oz each) of marinated artichoke hearts
1 Cup Mayo
Cook rice according to package directions, then cool.
Slice olives in half, chop onions and cut artichokes (save liquid).
Mix all ingredients together with Mayo and liquid from artichokes.
Refrigerate (even better allowed to marinate overnight) and serve.
