It’s never too early to start singing Christmas carols. And the Madrigals from the University of the Incarnate Word High School were here today giving us a preview of the carols we can hear at the 26th Annual Light the Way event. Kayla Rice, Special Events Coordinator of UIW, was telling us all the great things to expect at Light the Way. With nearly one million lights hanging from buildings and trees, it’s impossible not to get in the holiday spirit.
And H-E-B’s getting involved with this great event too. Kimberly Harle, H-E-B Public Affairs Specialist, and H-E-B are hosting a reception with cookies, snacks and hot chocolate to kick-off Light the Way.
Light the Way will be at the UIW Benson Stadium on 4301 Broadway, this Saturday at 7:30 p.m. It’s free and open to the public. For more information, visit
