1 1/4 oz Maker’s Mark
1 oz Japanese Yuzu Pureé
Juice from 1 lemon wedge
1/4 oz agave nectar
1/4 of a Fuji apple, diced
5-6 slices of grilled serrano chilies (grilled with butter & sea salt)
Fill with equal parts soda & sprite
In a mixing tin, combine all ingredients over ice. Shake vigorously to ensure everything mixes thoroughly. Pour into Collins glass and top with equal parts soda and sprite until glass is full. Stir with straw. Garnish with a slice of Fuji apple.
