SAN ANTONIO- As the winter season begins to appear, so do our annual holiday cravings. Holiday ham, chocolates galore, and, of course, cookies and milk are just a few that fall among the list of tasty temptations. However, with all of these wonderful indulgences there always seems to be a catch: calories!
