Ingredients:
2 cans of whole corn 15 oz
1 lb bacon
1 medium onion
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon of flour
Half a stick of butter
Pinch of salt and pepper
Preheat oven 350
1. cut bacon into pieces then, fry bacon/ remove and set aside
2. chop onions real small
3. saute butter, onions, flour, then sour cream
4. mix well in pan
5. Add corn
6. then put half of the mixture in casserole dish
7. sprinkle half of the bacon
8. then add the rest of the mixture
9. then you add the rest of the bacon, sprinkle on top of the cassserole
10.then put in oven for 30 min.
