SAN ANTONIO - It’s an art festival that takes place every second Saturday of the month and it’s free and open to the public. Elena Castillo is the owner of Mosaic Memories in Converse. She was a troubled teen who used art to change her outlook on life. She says she became a better parent, a better person and a better citizen.
