8" sweet dough shell (premade)
12 oz pastry cream (she will explain how to make this)
6 large strawberries
6 kiwi slices
2 oz blueberries
2 oz red grapes
3 oz quartered strawberries
12 slices mandarin oranges
4 oz apricot glaze (apricot jam and water)
Assemble each fruit into layers with pastry cream and fruit and serve.
