Cucumber Saketini

1 oz Tito’s Vodka
1 1/4 oz Sho Chiku Bai Nigori Sake
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 oz cucumber juice

In mixing tin, combine all ingredients. Shake vigorously. Strain into martini glass rimmed with Trechas spicy chili powder. Garnish with cucumber wheel.
