Always go with established companies who have a good BBB track record. It seems like anyone in this town with a rusty old pickup and a few tools is a contractor. At least go with an actual company that has pockets deep enough so you can sue them if they screw up and don't fix it.

I wonder if these are the same bright individuals DR Horton hired to work on our neighborhood because after we began changing light fixtures we noticed we were far from being within National Code.
