RMA delays opening of connector ramp

The RMA is reluctant to admit they're behind schedule. Instead, they told News 4 WOAI’s Mireya Villarreal they’ve pushed back the opening date to November in an effort to not confuse drivers.

Rule #1: Never promise something earlier than you have to. It just get people's hopes up, puts you under unneeded pressure and ticks people off when you don't deliver as promised.

Although the new ramps are going to help immensely in this area, the real problem is 281 north of 1604. I wish the RMA and others would put the politics aside and start working on this, even if it has to be a toll road.
