This so-called man should face some consequences. where was the oversight? if he couldn't handle the workload he should have left long ago and now he is collecting a paycheck until the end of the year? he should be ashamed to show his face anywhere!

It's obvious with his excuse "unable to issue warrants because he had lost one of his clerks to budget cuts." ...not accountable himself.

Baker is nothing but a clown in a black robe. Why is he waiting till Dec. 31st? Why are the commissioners giving him till then? If he is bad enough to need firing, then he should go now. Too bad we can't lynch him. Baker is stupid, lazy, and dishonest. I hope this a$$clown doesn't expect any buildings or parks named after him. 30 yrs of being a JP only to get kicked out of office. Too bad he can't be lynched from a tree at the courthouse.
