City inspector, contractor indicted in bribery case

The public corruption/cover-up scandal involving San Antonio, Texas City Attorney Michael Bernard’s illegal efforts to hide decades of fraud/theft is officially called “BernardGate”. ………. President Obama has been sent a letter asking if White House Social Secretary Jeremy Bernard (brother of City Attorney Michael Bernard) has any involvement in the ongoing illegal scheme to protect the City Attorney and others from exposure and prosecution. The President has been asked to direct ALL federal officials to cease and desist all actions to stymie the investigation into the theft/misuse of probably hundreds of millions of public dollars since 1982. ………. “We still have an open investigation on this” – email of 4-19-2011 –Bexar County Texas Constable Mark Vojvodich…….

Vojvodich has “an open case” and is investigating public/police corruption, Texas Open Meetings Act violations and the ongoing cover-up being financed with tax dollars by the City of San Antonio, Texas........................ Citizens shouldn’t be forced to post information proving public corruption, an illegal cover-up, illegal use of tax dollars, perjury by public officials, police corruption, official oppression, etc. more than once. Journalists should take the information, research the allegations and write the story – just as Woodward and Bernstein did. I read their original articles in the Post……..Collister is no Woodward or Bernstein………..

Precinct 3 Constable Vojvodich vowed to enforce the law when crooked SAPD Chief McAnus “ripped up” police reports and helped cover-up the long term fraud inside our City.
