My knee hurts from the reaction of saying go ahead and firing squad these two pieces. But then I thought, no there's a better way to punish extreme white collar crime. Prison populations LOOOOOVE greedy jerks who come to the jail from living an extrordinary life of travel and opulance. Since the brothers have NO street cred and one was a former Chief of Police the entertainment of seeing them outrun Bubbas in the general population yard should be instant reality TV comedy. As for the daughter. It would be "Sweet" to see her all knocked up by some tatooed up SS gangbanger and then drug into the life of street crime and hand-to-mouth poverty. I like the part where everyone sues them and they think they have a leg to stand on to sue back. The Judge that gives the City of Windcrest what they want in terms of punishment should be re-elected many times over...

greed will getcha every time! now, the sweet 16 show can be used as documented circumstantial evidence of how he was using the funds he fraudulently obtained. prosecutors must LOVE technology and social networks these days helping their cases against defendents!

My son works at Rackspace so I am obviously biased here, sadly he rarely talks about his job and never about anything he is doing there. My wife and I have been out there several times and their old site on Datapoint Drive years before. This is an up and coming company, it is and will continue to be an important company and San Antonio was an idiot not to keep them in City Limits. However San Antonio is VERY good at throwing away money to companies like Datapoint, Sony, Philips and the like. as to these two thieves, they will go to their grave protesting their innocence and in todays 'you have money so the law is on your side' environment they might not even see real jail time. Certainly the money is gone, but satisfaction in punishing them helps.
