Why do we have to pay to park along a street? I already paid through my Taxes that built and maintains the streets.

Just go down town park your car in a parking lot, look for an attendant tell the attendant you gots no cash, go to an atm and come right back and find the boot planted on the wheel of your car. Thats down town san antonio. Just deceitful and greedy.

Danny's Towing does that too. All towing companies do that. I think they need to check all towing companies. They all do it. Why should one man pay for it?

I dont even go down town because of the towing problems. I think te verdict is unfair h e should charge what he wants. That fee should of been in the contract. The issue is that the city outsourced or solicited enforcement and didnt understand what that cones with, less foot traffick.

Wow! I didn't expect this. The Wrecker Mafia in San Antonio can be stopped! There will be two outcomes after this verdict: 1- The abusive towing companies will start following the law and charging a fair amount for their hated services, or 2- They will come back with a vengeance after enduring the punishment imposed by the justice system, and everything will be the same again. A third option, the most decent one, would be for the city to build more parking spaces so everyone has a choice wheen needing to park a vehicle in or around downtown. But having made a cynic by the system, I believe #2 option will prevail and distracted drivers will still be paying 3 or 400% over the normal fees. Let's wait and see.

Oh my Gawd! A Judge that can think and follow the law! Ergo, the ordinance was passed in 2007 and never rescinded or surpassed. The towing fee was paid by check, hopefully to the municipal clerk. The evidence speaks for itself. Oh my Gawd, an honest Judge.
