Before Gary Neal was known as a sharpshooting guard with the San Antonio Spurs, he played overseas for Pınar Karşıyaka after he went undrafted in 2007. In the Turkish league, he averaged 23ppg with the club before being transferred to Regal FC Barcelona. Neal still remembers his time with his first club overseas and appreciates the opportunity they gave him and remembers the passion their fans have for the team and the game.
