San Antonio Spurs shooting coach Chip Engelland has helped numerous Spurs players with their shooting over the years. Former Spur Steve Kerr has raved about Engelland and the proof is in the pudding with Spurs all-star guard Tony Parker, who transitioned from a one-dimensional point guard whose main weapon was penetrating and finishing in the paint.

With Engelland's help, Parker has developed a consistent, reliable jumper that has been effective off screens and has extended his range out to the three-point line.

Now Engelland is helping another European import, Nando De Colo. A video on De Colo's YouTube channel has him working pregame with Engelland from shooting spot-up outside jumpers around the floor to shooting off the dribble and working on his decision making to either pull up for the shoot or drive.

De Colo's shot is hardly bad, but with the benefit of Engelland's tutelage, any improvement would be more than welcome.
