Aron Baynes' arrival to the San Antonio Spurs caught many by surprise when the rumors ran rampant along in the internet. There was a general feeling that Baynes may need time to adjust to what the Spurs want from him and also time to adjust to San Antonio's schemes. Luckily for Baynes, Spurs assistant Brett Brown has coached the Australian national team and has made their culture and mindset on the court similar to what the Spurs have in their organization.
