It has all media outlets a buzz but in the end, it was just some innocent fun and nothing more.
Former Spur and ESPN NBA analyst was a guest on ESPN's "First Take" with Skip Bayless and Stephen A. Smith and the panel gave their opinions on the photo.
Bowen said he does have a problem with the photo and mentioned Parker is too trusting to allow anyone into his personal life where something like this can surface such as this team Halloween event.
