By Jeff Garcia, Project Spurs.com If there is any player on the San Antonio Spurs who does not shy away from the spotlight, it's Tony Parker.
He is quick to do tons of commercials hawking various items, put out "rap" albums, and was at one point married to actress Eva Longoria which also included that massive, spectacle of a wedding in France.
But it seems TP isn't shy about trying out his acting chops as well.
According to Parker (via French site Le Parisien), Parker's agent had him nearly making his acting debut on the sitcom "How I Met Your Mother." Unfortunately, due to a prior engagement in the United States, he couldn't make the appearance which apparently was to be a big role.
