SAN ANTONIO - Monday was media day for the Spurs, the annual kick-off to training camp. There was no talk of a lockout this time. No talk of windows closing or players aging. This year it's all about getting back to the Western Conference Finals.

Quote of the Day...
"We're right on the verge of going back to the Finals." - Tim Duncan

More Quotes...

Dejuan Blair being asked if he wanted to be traded: "No. I'm here right now."

"If I keep playing, it'll be here...I just want to help my team play well and build off of last yr." -Manu Ginobili on contract year

"Consistency. We're trying to be the most consistent basketball team." -Tim Duncan

"When you're in the Conference Finals and you're up 2-0 and can't get it done, that hurts." -Greg Popovich

"Everything was decided by a couple of shots.." -Manu Ginobili
