Spurs believe in Denmon

It was a short-lived stint with the San Antonio Spurs for Marcus Denmon after being selected at No. 59 at the 2012 NBA Draft. He spent time with the Spurs Summer League team and soon after, he signed with French team Elan Chalon to continue developing his basketball skills.

But unlike many other late Spurs draft picks who are stashed away, never to be heard from again (like Robertas Javtokas) San Antonio will continue to keep a close eye on Denmon as he develops in France.

In a conversation with Chalon coach Greg Beugnot (via French site Basket USA) San Antonio strongly believes in Denmon and will be sending the coaching staff to monitor his growth.
