SAN ANTONIO -- In the first quarter of Wednesday night’s game at Dallas, Spurs guard Manu Ginobili suffered a strained left groin. Ginobili will not play in Thursday night’s Spurs-Jazz game.

He will be examined in San Antonio, after which a timeframe for his return will be determined.

On Saturday, against the Oklahoma City Thunder, Spurs guard Tony Parker re-aggravated his sprained left ankle (which was originally injured at Portland on 11/6). He missed Wednesday's Spurs-Mavericks game and is listed as doubtful for Thursday's Spurs-Jazz game.

After that game he will be listed as day-to-day.
