By Jose Grijalva, Project Spurs.comTony Parker suffered a left ankle sprain in a Spurs' blowout win against the Sacramento Kings this Friday. The injury occurred during the third quarter of the game and you can be pretty sure every San Antonio Spurs fan had their tongues and stomachs in knots when they saw it occur. The following players can be options to replace Parker in the starting lineup while he's out.
