Tonight the San Antonio Spurs kick off their preseason schedule with a date against European teamMontepaschi Siena as part of the Euroleague Basketball American Tour 2012.

But for guard Gary Neal, it is also a reunion against a team he once faced while playing in Italy and is currently 0-6 against (via Menssana Basket).
