Great Job Gary Neal! I hope Pop sees this. I said t from game 1, n order for the Spurs to win the series Jefferson has to step up. He has been transparent. Last night's win was about heart not necessarily the team fighting back but a young rookie that can handle pressure. Did you see the look on Neal's face after the game? I did! It was a look of frustration, hit a big shot and sit me on the bench behind Richard Jefferson who has done absolutely nothing. Pop great coach but was the decision made to sit Neal n the situation behind Jefferson about the money you are paying Jefferson? So to answer the question how does this happen? A rookie may make a rookie mistake every now and again but he has heart which Jefferson has very little of

Sad to say but Duncan's numbers in this series remind me more of a Rasho Nesterovic box line.

Ok djdavidp, get off your knees and tell me how many MORE championships we could have won with a real coach, one that doesnt have an ego too big to clash with their players? POPOVICH SUX!!!!!! I love the SPURS but if they would have had a REAL coach we would have run the table on championships!!!

Well I have an idea how it got to this but my opinion doesn't really matter. Look the Spurs should not be ashamed of their seasonal accomplishments. Some teams will have this fire that burns with intensity at the beginning but with all raging fires they die out. Even if I don't live in San Antonio anymore I will always appreciate the team no matter who is on the roster or coaching the team hence my screen name! This team has always gotten disrespect from bandwagon fans and general haters for the simple fact that this team doesn't play dirty or demand attention with the shenanigans you hear other NBA players or teams do. If they lose tonight no need to hate. Just say you appreciate the willingness to try and go on with your lives. You can't win them all just like you can't lose them all. Best of Luck to the Spurs. And if this happens to be Timmy's last game, I'd like to say Thank You Mr. Duncan for all you did while wearing that Spurs Jersey with Pride! You certainly lived up to Mr. Robinson's expectations and should give yourself a pat on the back for a career well done!

First and foremost, as a 40 year old life long San Antonian, I am a Spurs fan but a SPORTS fan first. While I appreciate those people who have lost "faith" in the team as well as those "die-hards" who believe it is not over, I do have an issue with losers who come on here to root for other teams. Lakers suck, Celtics suck even more and last I checked, Memphis just ran into a team that they matched up well with. Popovich sucks as a coach? Are you freaking kidding me?? Seriously? Really? The dude has helped orchestrate 4 championships. Half of the NBA teams have never won and only a few of other half have won more than one! The Spurs organization has done their due diligence since coming to SA from Dallas so many years ago. I know Pop didn't play but send them out for 82 games without a coach and see how many games they win. Talent only goes so far, ask the Miami Heat losers. I HOPE the Spurs win today and I really wish they would win the series. That said, Memphis is a hell of a tough matchup. So if don;t like the Spurs or San Antonio, get the hell out of city and go post you other team comments on espn.com, si.com where the Spurs have all but been buried by the national media. For that reason, I hope they pull this thing out. Either way, the NBA season ends and I can focus on MLB, then maybe (a big maybe) NFL.

I expect them to win tonight, which may sound pompous. I am worried about Game 6 back in Memphis which is very hostile. If the Spurs can put together a blowout victory tonight then Game 6 will look a lot more promising.
