Rudy Gay backs Pop or Rivers for next coach of Team USA

Coach Mike Krzyzewski has ended his run as the coach of the U.S. Men’s Olympic basketball team. He went out on top, winning a gold medal in his final Olympics this past summer, and now it’s time to look to the future.

There have been a few names thrown around to replace Coach K, most notably the Spurs’ own Coach Gregg Popovich and Celtics coach Doc Rivers. Either would be well suited for the job, and would get my endorsement.

They also have support from Memphis Grizzlies small forward Rudy Gay.
