I look at a coach like Larry Brown. He has turned losers into winners every where he has gone and he defeated a heavily favored Phil Jackson led team in the finals. Now, look at Philly boy who has only won when he had the absolute best player and the absolute best team. He has never won a damn thing when he has gone up against a more talented team. Jackson has never had to show is coaching abilities. He has inherited talented teams. I would like to see what he does with OK, or MN or Sacramento... My guess is he could not even lead them to a .500 season.
